Perennial value winery from Great Southern’s West Cape Howe.

More generous than previous years. Losing a little bit of varietal nuance to be a tasty smooth red. Don’t get me wrong: there’s tobacco spice, cherry fruit and a hint of leaf. But it’s missing a touch of the grip…the iberian attitude. As stated, this is a lovely drink but missing the subtleties of years gone past.
