Dusty chocolate ganache, shaved coconutty oak, coloured pencil and a pervading sense of ease. Medium-full palate, varietal plum gives away to way to aforementioned choco with a bittersweet citrus acidity profile which hits a top note over the berry laden fruit. The tannins are elegant, supportive and suggestive. Moreish.
