Part of the Vinaceous stable’s side projects, this one “VSP.” I’m taking an educated guess that it means ‘Vinaceous Special Projects.” A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay fruit sourced from the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

Crisp dry white: The Sauvignon Blanc earthy pungency dominates over creamy latte edged, nutty Chardonnay with lemon biscuit and lemon detergent freshness. Racy, clean palate, The Chardonnay brings depth to support the tropical and lemon citrus elements of the SB/S. Made for sunshine and plates of crisp hot school prawns/salt and pepper squid.
