No MLF, 100% French oak (15% new, the remainder 2-3 years old). Lees work provides nutty influence over tropical yellow fruit and nougat oak. Pineapple core bittersweet fruit with soft lemon and vanilla tones. Savoury gilt edges with cedary oak. Steps lightly with a just medium bodied palate and fine, long finish.
