Yalumba, The Y Series, Riesling, Barossa, 2019

Lime juice cordial, green apple, hints of bitter-sweet tropical fruit, green olive and a slight green lolly/confection element. Some residual sugar giving a friendly approach, before a gravelly grip and quite sharp, tart green acidity. Keep it cool and match up with Thai fish cakes served on the deck in the summer evenings.
