Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

The Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is one of 65 wines listed in the ‘Excellent’ category of the Langton’s VI Classification of Australian wines, showing longevity and loyalty from the public. Katnook have just released the 2017 but there should be plenty of this about.

Katnook Estate, Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra, 2016

Powerful varietal aromas with cassis, bay leaf and subtle mint underwritten with chocolate and cedary oak spice. Intense, layered  palate; medium-full bodied with plentiful focused tannins taking on all-comers while a offering dark, savoury yet juicy finish. Will have no issues enjoying time in the cellar.
