Hola! Conejo Joven translates to young rabbit (pertinent as I publish this note over the Easter weekend). Named after Scott Heidrich’s son Tobias, who was born in the year of the Golden Rabbit in Chinese Astrology.

Pretty nose: purple boysenberry and violet with tight concentration while offering juicy black jelly bean, vanilla tipped cigarillos for the herbal lift. Juicy and smooth palate, McLaren Vale dark raspberry with bright acidity and a little tannin. Lacking a little varietal spark, yet balanced and perfectly enjoyable as point of difference
