Pale lemon hue, almost clarified butter translucent. Varietal Nashi and brown pear along with green melon rind, light apple drop lolly and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon spice. Clean and pure with just enough mid-palate richness for depth and lingering intriguing spice that carries through to a focused, dry finish.
