Initial bloom of big pear flavour that pushes through the mid-palate with decent weight and chalky texture. Firmly Grigio with a clean crisp finish that isn’t embarrassed about its origins. A big plate of pork minced based Thai spring rolls wouldn’t be out of place for a match.
