Shaw Wines source their fruit for this Shiraz from their Murrumbateman vineyard. Plenty of bling from here and abroad.

Medium purple/garnet colour in the glass. Has wafts of mint and dry eucalypt branches underscored with mocha oak. A red currant and small plum fruit profile over white pepper and leather. Savoury and dry palate that casts a much bigger shadow of itself. Mocha and spice, red to black fruits and cotton wool-effect drying tannins. Remains angular and fresh through the finish.
