Blue Pyrenees, Organic, Grenache, Pyrenees, 2020

Medium ruby colour. Bright in the glass: easy red florals, raspberry and pomegranate. Spiced to: Cinnamon and a touch of anise. Just mid weight with a cool climate tight profile. There’s good grip from some whole bunch action and it finishes with a juicy, dark flourish. Just missing some of that deep plush, silky red fruit for higher points. Serve casually in tumblers with bbq chicken skewers for weekends or weekdays.
