Paler lemon/gold with bright hints. Aromatic musk/rosewater and chalky talc with intense centre of lime, apple and sweet cinnamon spice (remnants of a large burger chain’s hot apple pie filling) and spring blossom. Tight and fine with up front fruit richness for approachability while the tail is textural and chalky. Juicy intense, expected and desired acidity satisfies.
