Baby, here I am. Cool deep plum with block licorice, toasty sweet oak, baked spiced bun, bluestone and choc ganache. Fruit forward with a concentrated, singular focus and a cool lift. Surprising juxtaposition of lots of fruit and then a constricted, short finish. The flavour and balance is okay, but there just isn’t quite enough of it.
