Dalfarras is a second label for revered Tahbilk. Alister Purbrick as winemaker teams with his wife Rosa for the artworks on the Dalfarras labels (as well as providing her maiden name Dal Farra to its naming), with Cactus Sun gracing this label.
Tahbilk are environmentally focused with a carbon zero footprint.

Ripe green apple skin, “Thirst” lemon/lime citrus, brown pear, marzipan and briny chalk. Broad, expansive mousse and a dry finish. Tobacco spiky “heat” provides a cut through solid green pomme fruit to fine, zesty close. Plenty of texture too. Good value (and even more so for club members).
