Pale lemon straw in colour. Grassy and soft, with mushy tropicals, passionfruit creme, pavlova top and lime juice. A tight, constricted frame: puckering juice driven acidity with limey citrus, passionfruit and a steely twang leading into a short, tart gooseberry led finish.
