Little Giant, Little Batch, Cabernet/Malbec, Barossa Valley, 2021

Darkly herbal with blood orange, stewing plums, licorice all sorts, blackberry compote, cedar, vanilla bean paste and ferrous steel. Texture like velvet, mid weight and bright through the finish. Malbec provides spice and lift through the chocolatey rich Barossa Cabernet. Perfect foil for straight off the bbq steaks.
