Pale lemon in colour. Chardonnay-esque nose of melon, unripe peach with lemon freshness doughy fleshiness, apple flesh and green grape. Blousy mousse that evaporates all the flesh off the steely bones. Apple juice, lemon wizz fizz and abrupt acidity. Will find fans that are keen to explore the new niche of low alcohol wines.
