The Natural Wine Co, Lightly Sparkling Rosé, Sangiovese, Central Ranges, 2021

Pale cerise hue. Fine lacing. Some solid rosé aromas with white cherry, lime zest, pink apple, strawberry leaf/hull and green tobacco. Soft and floury mousse. Pleasantly flavoured with summer red fruits and appropriate acidity. Has some proper sparkling rosé vibes, but simple in structure. Serve chilled.
