Rewild, Pinot Grigio, Murray Darling, 2021

Hard work to get anything substantial from the glass. Eventually there’s steely pear and apple skin, with crushed green leaf matter and some tropical fruit sweetness. Wan palate with limited phenolic/weight to support simple pear flavours. Distinct after taste of cheesy “Parmesan rind” before a glycerol slick and sweetness. Unfortunately not appealing.
