Medium lemon straw. Struck match, honeycomb, nougat, easy stone fruit, preserved lemon, fresh sea spray, green herb tops, a little nutty cashew and toasty spice. Punchy and full with good tightness and tension holding the reins to give balance. Stone fruit and spice. Offers plenty of varietal and regional enjoyment.
