Very pale hue. Fragrant lemon and lime citrus leaf and blossom, grapefruit pith, a touch of mineral salts, celery salt and spring time freshness. Textbook tautness with impressive length and structure. Beautifully balanced finish and acidity to drive a long life ahead.
