The new Alfresco range from Berton are released just in time for enjoying with food as the days get longer and warmer.

Very pale straw colour. A touch of salty brine runs through a mostly green melon, lemon pith, white nectarine and floral nose. Lightly weighted and simply flavoured. Melon and bittersweet citrus with quite biting, acid drive and a little mouthwatering saline edge. Finish is a touch hard and short, so match up with a plate of flash fried school prawns and let it cut through.
