Pewsey Vale, Estate, Riesling, Eden Valley, 2023

Pale hue with straw highlights. Sweet yellow apple flesh and blossom with a hint of sliced lemongrass spice, dried kitchen herbs, lemon/lime citrus skin and a suggestion of richer (fresh) pineapple. Expressive with good fruit weight but shows care with well etched detail. Long flavour tail with juicy and refreshing acidity and fine talc finish. Consistently good.
