The blend this year sees 71% Grenache, 18% Shiraz and 11% Mataro. Maturation saw components aged separately for 8 months in old French oak puncheons (55%) and hogsheads (34%). One Grenache parcel (11% of the blend) was matured in a Cocciopesto Amphora.
