Another import here from the Fourth Wave Wine team. Certified Organic grapes from Tierra de Castilla, which is pretty much the middle part of Spain. Made vegan friendly by winemaker is Jorge Garcia Cuenca.

Love Not War, Tempranillo, Castilla, 2020

Garnet to ruby colour. Red cherries, mown grass, cola, ripe strawberries and raspberries, touch of charcuterie depth, new leather and anise. Medium fleshed with a woody, savoury, oak char core and cherry cola-esque flavours. Dry, grainy tannin and a short finish. Match with chorizo and patatas bravas.
