Fourth Wave Wine have engaged winemaker Corey Ryan. to help out with the Elephant range that celebrates the bigger styles of wines that still have plenty of fans out there.

Pale straw yellow. Easy nose of yellow flowers, pomme fruit flesh and skin, sea spray, malt, cracker biscuit and a little lemon verbena. Flat and wan palate, carrying little piquant spice or offering texture. Dusty phenolics and a short finish.
