Pale lemon straw hue with a green highlight. Fragrant and floral. Lychees and apricot flesh with ginger spice, ‘fly spray,’ lemon curd, micro greens, orange blossom and a wet white rocks earthiness. Flesh and drive. The stone fruit and citrus curd richness cut and sliced with an acidity that keeps things vibrant and fresh. Long, slippery and textured tail for extra deliciousness.
