Made by Corey Ryan. Normally these Fourth Wave Wine white wine labels have a little more geographical identity, but this time, it’s just “Australia” as the grape source on the label, but I would hazard there’s a substantial amount of South Australian regions well represented in the blend.

Very pale lemon hue. All pears, honey, malt, vanilla, grapefruit and citrus flowers with a nutty, savoury undertone. Carrying some varietal texture with crisp acidity, but otherwise fairly wan. Savoury malt base and a short-ish finish. Clean and interesting enough as a value gateway.
