This previously was made with Adelaide Hills fruit (as per the bottle image) but 2023 has seen a shift to the Limestone Coast region. Exclusive to the Fourth Wave Wine team, made by the talented Corey Ryan 

The merest suggestion of a coppery blush to the colour. Pear flesh and juice, sweaty spice (like packet taco seasoning), hotel soap and almost grapefruit citrus. Just enough texture for interest in an otherwise fairly neutral palate. Pears and a little stone fruit flavour are lightly represented. Certainly won’t offend fans of easy to drink Pinot Grigio.
