Dalrymple, Single Site, Chardonnay, Pipers River, 2021

Pale lemon to green in colour. Fresh lemon and grapefruit pith, a touch of sea spray brine, fresh bread, nougat, a touch of hazelnut and white stone fruit.  Lithe and well structured. The oak gives a great frame and spice to fleshy depths, awash with stone fruit. Plenty of signature Pipers acidity running fine through the long tail.
