A sneaky small batch release from Dalrymple. Fruit comes from their Coal River Valley vineyard. Winemaker is Peter Caldwell. Sold out according to the Dalrymple website, but if you see it out there, grab hold.

Lovely mid ruby colour. Fragrant and filled with mixed red berries, damp cranberry, earthy undergrowth, cola syrup and a touch of dusty chinotto. Plush berry driven palate with savoury edges providing some darker, dry undertones. Firm tannins and a freshen up with a good clip of acidity through the tail. The first release, but hopefully not the last.
