Mid ruby and bright hue. Spiced and lifted: cherries, rose and violet petals, cocoa powder, cranberry fruit, five spice, a kiss of sweet vanilla and crushed chalk. Wonderfully structured and balanced with bright red and dark fruits. Bell-ringing acidity over savoury game meat and supple tannins all combining to create a stunning, delectable Pinot Noir.
