Taylors, Estate, Pinot Noir, Limestone Coast, Adelaide Hills, 2023

Cherries and cranberry red crunchy fruit. A suggestion of charcuterie, orange zest, rose petal, leather and leafy matter. Bright red fruit: all cherry and a touch of stalky spice. Some depth of flavour and a small spread of hand-towel tannins. Short-ish finish, but it remains identifiably Pinot Noir. The chill enhances the crunch.
