From the team at Fourth Wave Wines comes a new range of 3 Rosés. This is entry 3 and the ‘soft and slightly sweet’ one. Limestone Coast fruit of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. A touch of residual sugar happening here. Made by Corey Ryan. Heavy and heavily embossed bottle and clear glass.

Paddington Lane, No.3 Soft Rosé, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Limestone Coast, 2023

Pale salmon colour. Lifted and fruity. Blueberry muffin, watermelon, fairy floss, pink cake icing, raspberry slice, top of cupboard dust, bramble and double cream. Soft and fleshy billowing front to mid palate that thins out to a hard, firm and tight finish. Lots of oomph to start, but just falls over itself a little.
