Wildly Organic

Pale lemon to straw hue. Plentiful fine bubbles. Soft nose of brioche, cinnamon and apple pie, grapefruit, a little barley sugar and lemony citrus. Easy mousse leads to a zesty and fine palate. Good chalky finish and plenty of aperitif friendly acidity. Nothing overtly complex or layered, nor fattened out with sugars. Well balanced and clean.
