Pale straw in hue with exquisite beading and hyper fine bubbles. Gunshot flintiness over water cracker biscuit, fresh white loaf, dried peel, white quartz and aromatic white blooms. Delicious mousse leading into a textured and layered palate. Base wine age provides depth and complexity. Some generosity through the mid palate before a tight and cutting finish. Well balanced and very good value for money.
