Part of the Hill-Smith Family Estate Vineyards and labels. This fruit comes from a  3-hectare block of mature vines on the Parish Vineyard in the Coal River Valley just outside of Hobart. A special site, it has deservedly been acknowledged as a fine source of Riesling. Winemaker is Louisa Rose.

Vegan friendly if that’s important to you. Very pale hue. Native lime, green apple, juniper gin hints, steel, a soft star fruit richness and chamomile tea. Pristine and tight. Just a suggestion of generosity before the scintillating acidity etches itself throughout the tense and textural palate. Mineral and almost savoury, with those herbal echoes that carry long.
