A new release from Mitchelton in the central Victorian region of Nagambie Lakes. No mention of grape varieties in the blend. Well packaged in a broad shouldered bottle while the label displays the iconic Mitchelton Ashton tower.

Mitchelton, Sparkling Rosé Cuvée, Nagambie Lakes, NV

Pale salmon pink hue. Plenty of fast moving bubbles and fine bead. Light strawberry and cherry aromas over almond croissant richness, pink apple skin and yellow peach flesh. Crisp and zinging palate with crunchy red fruits and a pink grapefruit bittersweet note. Nothing too complex, a clean aperitif style.
