De Bortoli have significant plantings in the very old Cambrian dirt outside of Heathcote, central Victoria. Rare to see such an ‘Iberian’ blend in Australia. Winemaker Steve Webber is now joined by daughter Kate and next gen Jai Harrop.

Deep garnet with bright edges. Black plum and cherry fruit with roast root veg chips, meaty bresaola/fresh biltong depth, purple flowers and a bouquet garni of dried herbs. This Iberian blend is serious, sharp and dark with full presence and plenty of earthy grip. Drink now to 6 years.
