Pale gold with green highlights. 100% wild ferment. 50% Stainless Steel and 50% in oak. Forward and fleshy. Straight down the line. Stone fruit, fig and bittersweet citrus with some mineral water freshness underlaid with an earthy base.  Clean and easy, undeniably Chardonnay with some nice acidity to cleanse. Plenty to like, but just missing some x factor.
