Pale salmon in colour. Musk sticks, rose petals, pomegranate, fruit toast, strawberry pieces, dried raspberry and swimming pool freshness. Plenty of crunchy red fruits with some initial generosity before falling away to a dry structure. Short-ish, yet juicy finish with a little intensity. Perfect for food with a little spice and heat.
