Parish Pinot Gris

Perfumed and floral, honeysuckl;e, gardenia, pear drops, raw sugar, green melon rind, hints of musk, rocket/arugula pepper and dried taco seasoning mix spices. The palate incredibly tight and refined, yet offering just enough varietal width. Pear and preserved lime mix with a melon/lychee nuance and studded with piquant spice. Delicate and etched through the long, dry tail.
