Part of the Hill-Smith Family Estate Vineyards and labels. The Parish range has extended to a number of single vineyards, with this one at Sorell (pronounced Sor-ell, not sorr-awl), around 25km n-e of Hobart. Winemaker is Louisa Rose.

A departure from the previous labelles Coal River Valley fruit releases. A pure and pristine hue.. White florals, green apple, a hint of sweet brown spices and white stones. While maintaining scintillating acid drive, there’s a fleshy undertone of lemon butter and melon rind. Tight and fine, there’s a small textural rumble with plenty of interplay between structure and fruit through the long tail.
