Very pale hue, green edged. Sweet blossoms, lime zest, lychee juice, papaya, pink chalk, musk stick, cherries, fennel frond and cool wet stones. Pink apple crunch and bite, lime sorbet, chalky texture with a sweet roll from the sugars. Acid juicy and driving the counterplay between sweet and sharp. Cracking release.
