Reschke don’t just produce structured red wines from the S-E area of South Australia. Chardonnay is grown throughout the region as well.

Reschke, Bull Trader, Chardonnay, Padthaway, 2024

Pale lemon. Green snow pea, sesame oil, pistachio and hazelnut nougat, peach skin and roast chicken brine. Nutty and savoury with a woody base. Plenty of limey citrus and white stone fruit in a fleshy mid palate before a zippy citrus close. It’s a little obtuse, but still shows varietal signatures. Match with fish tacos.
