Howard Park, Riesling, Great Southern, 2024
Pale lemon with a green tinge in colour. Next to zero residual sugar but carrying a little pleasing fleshiness. Green apple skin, lime zest, citrus blossom, mineral water, ozone freshness, ground rock salt and hint of sweet spice. That fleshiness also lends to a yellow tropical fruit tone to fill things out. Body and chalky grip with precise acidity that drives long. Dry and intense finish with mouth-watering juiciness. Fantastic value and cellar-worthy.
RRP: $36
