The original white in the Taylor’s Jaraman range. 75% Adelaide Hills and 25% Clare Valley split between the two regions. Fermented in French oak barrels with 9 months maturation (1 to 4 year old barrels).

Pale lemon straw colour. Soft marzipan, nougat, grapefruit flesh, raw cashew and bread crust, lime juice, sesame oil, brine and a little woody oak influence. Savoury and textured. Honeyed edges to the rich flesh. There’s winemaking influence through buttered toast to balance zingy acidity. Plenty of grapefruit and woody spice through the tail with a medium to long length. Good value for those that like some grunt to their Chardonnay.
