Big and generous: Baking spices, cardamon, plum jam, blackberry conserve, licorice strap, clove studded oranges, formic, clove, big strawberries, camp fire smoke and turned earth.  Tart and grippy, some balsamic notes with plenty of oak tannin base before leather, cocoa and blackberry flesh. Drink up and match with lamb on the spit.
