Pale lemon with green highlights. fast moving beading with exquisite lacing. Rich and developing notes: marzipan, honeysuckle, preserved lemon, lime juice, elderflower, grilled nuts, soft toast and brioche. Soft and approachable palate building richness, white stone fruit, ginger spice, savoury digestif biscuit with a pleasant bitter herb tang and honeysuckle florals. Some chalky grip through the tail with youthful acidity. Delicious drinking now.
