Handpicked Wines, Collection Series, Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula, 2023
Light ruby. Meat/stock umami and leather, red currant and raspberry showing regional influence, hint of sea spray and dried flowers. Firm and waxy tannins that spread through the tail, however presents a little blocky with those umami stock flavours closing out. Heading towards dry red rather than the elegance of the other releases.
